INTENDED USE: Sterility assurance is a critical cornerstone of effective patient care. Therefore, the medical device wrapping is a very important step of the sterilization process. Suitable wrapping techniques and proper wrapping material use provide a sterile barrier during and after the sterilization process. 4A Crepe paper is used to wrap materials to be sterilized like trays, surgical kits. Crepe paper is preferred instead of fabric due to the smaller pore structures.
OPERATION CONDITIONS: 4A Crepe papers are used for steam, ethylene oxide, formaldehyde and gamma irradiation sterilization methods. The sterilization conditions should be determined by the end user regarding the material to be sterilized.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL: It must be boxed with polyethylene bags in as much as it shall not be damaged by external factors during storage and shipment. It must be kept away from toxic substances. The date of manufacturing and expiry date are stated on the outer packing. Shelf life is 5 years after the production date.
