6 Steam Chemical Indicators are the products that are put into each sterilization package and that indicate success of the sterilization. Type 6 Steam Chemical Indicators are cycle verification indicators that confirm the presence or absence of specific time, temperature and pressure parameters during a cycle. Type 6 Steam Chemical Indicator 3,5 minutes operates up to 15 minutes at 121°C or up to 3,5 minutes at 134°C. Type 6 Steam Chemical Indicator 7 minutes operates up to 20 minutes at 121°C and up to 7 minutes at 134°C. OPERATION CONDITIONS
4A Medical Steam Indicators are designed operate at steam cycle 134ºC – 3,5 minutes or 121 ºC – 15 minutes operation conditions.

The sterilization indicator ink used for printing contains following components in ppm levels.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Each box contains 250 pieces indicator printed carton sheets. The indicator is temperature, time and steam concentration sensitive.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
The expired products are not used. It’s kept in the places with room temperature without humidity and sun lights. It shouldn’t be in contact with liquid. Damaged and defective products are not used. Shelf life is 5 years after prodcution date. After sterilization indicator keep sterilization colour for 6 month.
