General Product Description
It helps to protect the intact skin of the perineal area from dermatitis which is caused by incontinence
of patients with limited mobility, bedridden and special needs such as intensive care patients.
Patients with incontinence are at risk of developing incontinence-associated dermatitis (IAD). This puts
them at risk of developing a skin injury. Research shows that skin breakdown can be reduced by
applying a barrier after each incontinence episode. Dimethicone-included Med-Cover Barrier Cream
Perineal Wipe can help you provide consistent patient care by applying an effective barrier every time.
Each wipe provides skin cleansing, hydration, deodorization, treatment, and barrier protection all in
one.
Dimethicone formula helps to treat and prevent perineal dermatitis; helps seal wetness Breathable,
transparent dimethicone barrier facilitates skin assessment. CHG compatible and paraben-free. Not
irritating.
2. Instruction for Use
Please wear rubber gloves to avoid contact with the body fluids before use. Open the package from ‘’
open here’’ part on the label. Apply gently because of the sensitivity of the perineal region. Please use
a separate wipe for each body area. No need extra water, rinse and other cleaning products.
3. Microwave Instruction for Use (Optional)
a. Put the package in to Microwave.
b. Hold 20 seconds at 700W.
c. Check the temperature of wipes.
d. Do not use higher 35-40°C.
4. Caution and First Aid:
• Do not use damaged packaging products.
• Products is cleaning and care products.
• Do not reuse the used products.
• 0-6 months babies, lactating and pregnant women must use it under the supervision of doctor.
• Do not use any cleaning material after and before using this product.
• Avoid to contact with eyes. If still contacted, wash the eyes with plenty of water.
