INTENDED USE: 4A Medical Container filter is used in sterilization containers as a filter and indicator is to control the sterilization process. 4A Medical has round and rectangular container filters.
OPERATION CONDITIONS: 4A Medical Container Filters are designed to operate at the steam cycle. The filter is for single use. It is made of white crepe paper and non-toxic sterilization ink.
CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: The sterilization indicator ink used for printing contains the following components in ppm levels:
- Water (CAS#7732-18-5): 35%
- Diacetone Alcohol (CAS#123-42-2): 3%
- Proprietary Mixture (CAS #N/A): 62%
Contains no substance specified as hazardous, which should be taken into account according to EC directives.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS: Each pack contains 100 pieces. The indicator is temperature and steam concentration sensitive.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL: The expired products are not used. It’s kept in places with room temperature without humidity and sunlight. It shouldn’t be in contact with liquid. Damaged and defective products are not used. Shelf life is 5 years after the production date. After sterilization, the indicator keeps its sterilization color for 6 months.
PACKAGING: Packed in cardboxes.
